Who is eligible to take out a listing in our IT Directory?
Any IT related business can take out a listing as long as you operate an office within Australia.
What's involved in listing Your IT Company?
You simple click on the 'List your IT Business' link, fill in the online form which takes about 5 minutes, based on your information we will but together a profile and listing information for you to approve. All this will be completed within 2 working days maximum.
Are there any restrictions on the solutions you select?
Yes, to ensure the quality of this directory you can only select solutions which your business clearly specialises and is reflected in your website. This ensures a good experience for businesses and quality leads for your company.
Can I list in mulitple locations?
Yes, many IT Companies have offices around Australia, so if you have an office in each state it means your profile will be found in each of the state directories for the solutions you select, ensuring greater exposure.
What are Specialists Listings?
Companies can select to be listed in specialist solution directories, they serve two purposes; firstly create a directory for more specialised services or solutions within the main solution categories; secondly these pages cover Australia Wide ensuring your business is seen by all potential business leads. In many cases this can save you taking out additional state listings
What if you service Australia wide, but only have one office location?
There are two options available; firstly you can take out a listing in our 'Specialist Listing' section, this will give you exposure to all searches regardless of which state your in. Alternatively you can ask to be listed in other states main directories as in some cases we do make exceptions.
How do I update/edit my business details?
On our website there is a link in the footer 'Manage IT Listing' simply click on this link and let us know what changes you require will will implement them for you
Can I track how many webleads I'm receiving?
Yes you can, on your profile page left bottom corner there is a statitics saying 'Web Leads 55' this provides you an easy way to view how many business have clicked through to your website. We also sent you a monthly email to provide these stats.
Do You Promote Local IT Companies first?
Yes, our IT directory search tool is designed to display results based on postcode or suburb name, so the IT providers closest to their location will be displayed at the top
Can we cancel our listing at any time?
Yes, you simply need to email your request to cancel your listing and a refund of the balance of your listing fee will be credit to you.
How many leads can I expect to receive?
This will depend on your on how many solutions you have listed in. For example, based on companies currently listed in 3 solution one location receives anywhere between 10-20 quality web leads per month.
What if our listing does not generate many leads?
Our primary aim is to deliver quality sales leads to your business, if you are not receiving a 'fair' number of leads we will work with you to improve your profile and listing until you do, this will include providing free listing time if necessary.
Can you create new solution categories ?
Yes, this directory is ever expanding, listing new solution categories and specialist solution listings as needed. If your company offers a specialist solution or services that does not currently fit into our existing breakdown let us know. If possible we will create a new category immediately or add to our list to create at a later stage
